When I was a small child I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I passed the child time but arthritis remains. I have not found the solution but as palliatives I chose to move to a non-coastal area and the natural anti-inflammatory, especially by Ginger.
I use to take it at first hour in the morning, powder, with my breakfast cereals. I also try to incorporate in my usual diet foods I like what are highly anti-inflammatory. So, every day I take 1 to 2 ounces of black chocolate and minimum of 2 infusions of horsetail. I also try to take a lot of lemon juice, garlic and turmeric.
Among the vegetarian diet, living in a little dry area and ginger (among other natural remedies as horsetail) pains have fallen to only 2 or 3 buds, quite bearable, per month.
