Arthritis

As ills, at certain ages, are many, I think we have to show the opinion of those plants that are good for some disease.

These are diseases of "degenerative" type, like rheumatism, arthritis, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, etc. That is, inflammation of the synovium or lining of tendons and muscles, especially in joints. Well, in my case I have symptoms of arthritis in the knee and shoulders.

Onions in all its forms (decoction, maceration, juice, eaten as is, etc.) gives the solution, at least in part. The pain and swelling decreases or reduces.

Onions, plus good food is a good medicinal remedy for so many incredible things like (emmenagogue, reduces stress, antiseptic, vermifugal, diuretic, for diabetes, for diarrhea, constipation, sedative, antibiotic, and so on).

The way to take it can be very varied: raw in salads, cooked in food, but if you want to do as a way of cleaning, the best option is cooking onion (for example a large one in one liter of water) and take one glass fasting every morning. How many days? You start to notice after two or three days, but I take it daily. I would like to know people experiences with that old and quotidian bulb. It went on well with me, but it would be good if other people share their experience. I say if because it could be useful to someone. Mr. Gilart, Alpicat, recommends it in his book about how to lose weight eating.
Some websites talks abut onion's virtues.
